Re: D - Health and Safety Investigation.
Our client was the director of a construction company where a health and safety investigation commenced into a serious on-site incident. We were engaged at a very early stage and therefore could advise and assist our client during the inquiry process and interview. We illustrated to the Health and Safety Executive that our client had taken all reasonable steps to protect his staff and contractors entering the site. After considering our representations no further action was taken.
